No. For most projects, we work on a 50/50 split — 50% to start, 50% on delivery. For monthly services like digital marketing or content writing, we invoice monthly. For larger projects (₹2,00,000+), we can split into 3 milestones. We're flexible — the goal is to make it comfortable for both sides.

Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Razorpay, and international wire transfer for clients outside India. We send a proper invoice with GST for every payment.

No. The quote we give you is the price you pay. If the project scope changes (you want extra features or pages), we'll discuss the additional cost before doing the work — never after. Third-party costs like hosting, domain names, ad spend, or premium plugins are always listed separately and transparently.

If we haven't started work yet, yes — full refund. If we've started but you're unsatisfied with the direction, we'll work with you to fix it (revisions are included in every project). We don't offer refunds on completed and approved work, because you've already approved each stage before we moved forward.

Primarily through WhatsApp for day-to-day updates. We also use email for file sharing and formal communications, and video calls (Google Meet or Zoom) for design reviews and strategy discussions. You'll have Saurabh's direct number — no ticketing systems, no 'your request has been received' bots.

You see everything along the way. For websites and apps: weekly builds you can test. For design: concepts before we finalize. For videos: first draft within 48-72 hours. For marketing: weekly performance snapshots. You're never in the dark. If something doesn't look right, we fix it immediately — not at the end.

Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions. A revision means 'change anything you want' — colors, layout, wording, structure, pacing. Most projects need only 1 round because we align closely with your vision before starting. If you need a third round, we'll discuss it, but it rarely happens.

Yes. Once the project is paid for, you own 100% of the work — code, designs, videos, content, source files, everything. We hand over all project files in editable formats. You can use the work anywhere, modify it, hand it to another agency — it's fully yours.

Every project comes with 30 days of free support. During that time, we fix bugs, make small adjustments, answer questions, and help with anything related to the delivered work. After 30 days, we offer ongoing support and maintenance plans if you need them. Or you can manage everything yourself — we hand over everything you need to do that.
